So Far...

The day before, my three friends and I went to the Glen, where everyone was doing their work experience. Most of my friends had work experience in the first week of holidays, but mine was in the second week. It really helped because I did think that work experience would be hard, but all I heard was that it wasn't that difficult. Most of them just had to stock up and help clean up mess. I became less nervous. It was also funny seeing everyone in uniform. It was also fun laughing at everyone while they were working, distracting them. =p

I watched Get Smart with a friend today. It was pretty funny and there were a few twists and turns here and there, though the twists were predictable. But overall the movie was funny... Don't expect a VERY good movie... Just go there expecting to be laughing at the end.

Work Experience

Holidays are here, again, finally... This time I have a 3 wks holiday. For a week, I would be doing work experience. Every Year 10 student has to do this. We have to find a place to work for one week and our "supervisors" will assess on how we did. There isn't really a mark for this. It's just to help you be ready in the future.

I'm going to start working on 30 July. A little nervous but more excited as this will be my first time working. Working hours are 9:00 to 5:30. I have 2x15mins tea breaks and a 45 mins lunch break. But the money part is a rip-off. $5 a DAY?! *sheesh*

But it is still money...

The other 2 weeks are the normal holiday.

Random

Hello again...

Well, it is still very boring here.

Today is a school holiday for me.

I went to Brandon Park to buy myself a white shirt for work experience.

Came back home to find myself doing nothing.

Debbie came back from camp.

Watched Friday Night Live. (up)

And writing this post. =]

Exams Are Over!

Exams are over now...

Right now relaxing...

Playing the guitar... (learnt a new song)

Remember the theme song of "Friends"? (I'll Be There For You - The Rembrandts)...

And playing Wii... (Mario Part 8)...

Now I'm playing Xbox 360... (Test Drive) =p

Life's great with no exams...

Next Monday is a holiday! It's the Queen's birthday...

Wonder what I'll be doing on Monday...

Must Study!

I have been studying a lot these past few days and IT WILL STAY THIS WAY FOR A WHILE! I'm at a crucial part of my "educational life" now and can't afford to have just-average marks. I must do well.

My inspiration - In a recent test, I lost to someone who I never expected to score higher than me... :P

"Do you know that you can't open your eyes when you sneeze?"
